HHH Chapter 18: The Teifi Trail provides!

I have been following the Teifi trail in earnest, and will take it all the way to where it enters the sea at Abertefi. Aber means the mouth of a river, hence names like Aberystwyth, or Aberconwy, meaning the mouth of their respective rivers Istwyth and Conwy.
